• Dial your APN (Access Phone Number). Listen for the ringing of the phone and hang up IMMEDIATELY.
• Within seconds, the WorldLink network will call you back.
• To use speed dial, use the speed dial code (1-8) you wish to dial, then the pound (#) sign, or
   - For destinations within the US/Canada/Caribbean OR for 1-800 calls:
   - - Dial 1+(AREA CODE)+NUMBER
   - For destinations ANYWHERE else in the world:
   - - Dial 011+(COUNTRY CODE)+(CITY CODE)+NUMBER
• When you are through calling, dial 0 # to force the call to disconnect.
• You may dial "# #" after your party hangs up, to start another call.
• You may use the "*" button if you make a dialing error, to return to the previous prompt.

Direct Access number is available for use when travelling within the United States. You must have a six digit PIN to use the feature. If you don't currently have a PIN, please contact us.

Dialing Instructions:
• Dial 800-666-7965
• When you hear the chimes, please enter your 10 digit access number and 6-digit Calling Card PIN followed by the pound (#) sign.
• When you hear the U.S. dial tone, dial your destination number.
   - For destinations within the US/Canada/Caribbean OR for 1-800 calls:
   - - Dial 1+(AREA CODE)+NUMBER
   - For destinations ANYWHERE else in the world:
   - - Dial 011+(COUNTRY CODE)+(CITY CODE)+NUMBER

Changing callback number:
• Get the callback call as usual, and enter (*), followed by your 10-digit APN and the (#) button.
• When you hear the voice prompt, press '1' to change your callback number.
• Enter your new callback number in the USA format (see dialing instructions), followed by the (#) button.
• Press '1' to save or '2' to redo.

 
Changing extension:
• Get the callback call as usual, and enter (*), followed by your 10-digit APN and the (#) button.
• When you hear the voice prompt, press '2' to change your extension.
• Enter the time delay you need before the extension number is submitted (0-9 seconds), followed by the (#) button.
• Enter your new extension number, followed by the (#) button.
• Press '1' to save or '2' to redo.

 
Adding/Changing Speed Dial numbers:
• Get the callback call as usual, and enter (*), followed by your 10-digit APN and the (#) button.
• When you hear the voice prompt, press '5'.
• Enter your speed dial code (1-8).
• Enter your speed dial number in the USA format followed by the (#) button.
• Press '1' to save or '2' to redo.

All initial APN's are set up with an initial USD 150 usage limit. Customers will be charged only for what they use and there is no prepayment required. When the default credit limit of USD 150 of usage is reached in one month, the APN is suspended. Customers may apply for a higher credit limit. The front and back of the customers credit card and a fax copy of the customers most recent credit card bill will be required to consider credit increases. To verify available funds, your credit card will be pre-authorized for USD 50 per requested callback number before your service is activated. This is an authorization only. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED this amount.

In an effort to minimize the possible inconvenience caused by automatically disabling unused WorldLink APN's, the following procedure has been implemented: if an APN has less than $5.00 in usage in a one-month period, the customer will hear a message after receiving callback that says: "Your service has been temporarily suspended due to little or no usage, if you would like to continue to use our services please press '8' now." If the customer presses "8", their call will be automatically redirected to WorldLink Customer Support. If the customer does not press "8", they will not be able to make any calls with their callback service.

We reserve the right to request additional information at our sole option including a copy of the front and back of the credit card and a copy of the front cover page of the current credit card billing statement.

Once we have received the completed application, and it has been approved (legibility, credit approval), you can expect service to begin within 24 to 72 hours. You will then receive an E-mail containing dialing instructions and your assigned Access Phone Number(s) and PIN(s).
