Web-enabled conferencing
Web-enabled conferencing adds the power of the Internet to a
Reservationless-Plus audio call. The
Teleconferencing Center turns a conference call into a web and audio integrated
experience that adds impact to a conference, increases conference participation and
puts the leader in complete control with a click of the mouse. The application allows
Reservationless-Plus users to conduct, organize, lead and control their audio call
right from their desktop.
Standard Features
- Data Conferencing: The leader can share PowerPoint visuals to create a
more interactive and memorable presentation.
- Streaming: The leader can stream the conference call – with or without slides
– over the Internet. The stream can be archived in the leader’s account for future
reference.
- Online Scheduling and Notification: The leader can schedule a call and send
an email notification to participants right from the website. Participants receive a
Microsoft Outlook VCS file that books the call in their Outlook calendar.
- Phone and Web Participant List:
The leader and participants can keep track of who is on the call – both on the phone
and on the web.
- Polling:
The leader can prepare polls before the call or on the fly and post the results to
participants.
- View Questions:
The leader can receive questions via the web and address them at an appropriate point
during the call.
- Post-Conference Report:
The leader can obtain a record of all questions submitted, participants’ conference
duration times (on the phone and on the web) and other pertinent information. The
report is sent automatically via email shortly after the call’s conclusion.
- Phone Book:
The leader can download his/her Microsoft Outlook Contacts file into the Phone Book and
turn scheduling and notification into a point and click process.

(i.e.: Broadcast PowerPoint slides directly from your desktop)

- Polling: Ask questions or test the knowledge of your participants and get
immediate feedback. Polls can be preplanned and saved or created on the spot during
