Reservationless-Plus from Action provides on-demand conferencing allowing you to initiate a conference 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - without the need to make a reservation or use Operators. Holding a conference is as simple as dialing a toll free number and entering a conference code.

Benefits: NO RESERVATIONS REQUIRED!, Toll free service - only 29¢ per minute per participant, No set up or hidden charges, No Operators necessary, No time limits, Leader controls all conference commands, Leader can dial out to all participants directly from the conference, Passcode security available per call, Fast and easy to use.

Features: Dial out to a participant, Change the method of conference entry/exit (recordings/tones), Play a roll call, Individual/Group Mute, Lock the Conference to any new participants, Determine the number of participants on the conference And much, much more!.

 Operator Assisted

Toll Free Dial-In ("Meet Me"): When participants dial a pre-assigned toll-free number an Action operator will personally place them into the conference call. This is the best alternative for participants who aren't sure where they will be at the time of the conference call.

Local Dial-In "Meet Me": It's the same as Toll Free, except each participant dials a local telephone number. The cost of the conference is billed to the leader and each participant pays for the toll call to the conference center.

Operator Dial-OutThe Action operator will call all of the participants and personally greet them and place them into your conference call.

    Standard Features (All at no charge)
    • Invoice Management: Per your request, specific billing codes can be assigned in order to help you manage allocations or charge-backs.
    • Direct Entry: Participants are placed directly into the conference and are able to communicate with each other prior to the beginning of the conference.
    • Music Entry: Allows participants to be placed on music hold while waiting for the conference to begin. Participants are unable to speak to each other while on music hold.
    • Announce Participants: Participants are announced by the Action Conference Call Operator as they enter the conference.
    • Entry Tone: Participants will hear a single tone when a new participant joins the call.
    • Exit Tone: Participants will hear two tones when a participant leaves the call.
    • Roll Call: The leader has joined the call, an Action Conference Call Operator will conduct a roll call.
    • Leader First: After the leader enters the conference before the participants have joined.
    • Leader Last: The leader enters the conference after the participants have joined or at the scheduled start time.
    • Fax Confirmation: A confirmation is sent to the customer after a reservation is made.
    • Self Mute: Participants can mute and un-mute their lines by pressing *6. A must when using a cellular phone.
    • Group Mute: Leader can mute and UN-mute the group by pressing *5.
    • Password: At the leaders request, participants must give a password to enter a conference. Leader can survey participants by asking questions. A report shows responses by questions and by participant.
    • Q & A: A question and answer session is available for calls in which all lines are muted except for the leader's.
    • Security: By pressing *7 the leader prevents anyone from entering the conference.
    • Sub-Conference: Preselected participants can hold a separate conference from the main group.
    • Communication Line: Allows direct communication between the Leader and the Operator; outside the main conference.
