The SMS callback trigger is designed to give all clients of UWT callback with cell phones an easy access to our network.
This system allows customers to trigger a callback in countries where the local PTT is blocking callback or their domains are being blocked by their ISP to use internet to trigger a callback. By using this feature, you are able to bypass your local telephone network and any inconveniences associated with such networks, thus initiating callback.

Using SMS callback trigger is easy as following these simple steps:

Insert the last seven digits of your Access Number in an SMS message and send it to +447736592284 a UK based number.

For example:  If your Access Number is 1 305 555 1111 then you will need to insert 5551111 in the SMS message.
Once the SMS has been sent, our system will call you back and will prompt you to enter the destination number followed by #.

Callback trigger through SMS with destination number.
You have the option to include the destination number when sending the SMS to +447736592284; Enter the last 7 digits of your access number  followed by a Number Sign " # " then the destination number.

For example:  If your Access Number is 1 305 555 1111 and you want to call Number 011334875698 then you will need to insert 555111#011334875698 in the SMS message.
Once the SMS has been sent, our system will call you back and you'll be connected to your destination number.
