CALLRETURN
TeleSys CallReturn re-origination service (or as others call it, the
callback service) brings the same low rates that the largest companies in America
enjoy when calling you. With CallReturn you save on every international call you
make - to any country worldwide. Better yet, those low rates are yours 24 hours a
day, 365 days a year. There are even rate plans that offer
discounts on weekend calls! And, in addition, you can even access these low
rates when traveling and change your CallReturn telephone number on-line or
by telephone any time. You can also make your calls from a hotel or office, whether
there is a live operator or a voice mail system answering the calls.
When you subscribe to CallReturn Services you can also use
World800 Services without
applying separately. Your account number will become the "Card Number" you will be
asked for when you dial a World800 Toll Free Access Number.
CallReturn works independently of your present long distance service provider. To
access the service just dial a special number we provide you in the USA - let it ring
once and hang up. There is no charge for that call. Our equipment detects that you
called and returns you Dialtone from the USA in seconds. You may then call any country
in the world at low USA rates.
Typically, residential customers do not have access to services designed for business.
TeleSys welcomes residential clients with the same service given to our largest
corporate accounts. Payment is easy - calls are charged to your American Express,
Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard or Visa or you can conveniently prepay.
For callers who live in countries where the PTT is active in
blocking callback services, Telesys can provide customers
with their NoDial service. This service uses the internet to initiate the callback and
thereby avoids call blocking by the local PTT.
There are varying increments in which billing is done by telecommunication
companies; the most common are whole minute increments or six second billing with a 30
second minimum. Whole minute billing is usually more economical for long calls whereas
six second billing is usually more cost effective for short calls - such as when
faxing one page. TeleSys has both and also has calling plans that provide weekend
discounts.
By the end of the 5th business day of each month your call details are
posted on your personal web page for review and printing (using Adobe Acrobat). Also
included is sn entry for each amount debited or credited to your credit card to assist
you in reconciling your statement.
